Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Island Living Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  1. Valid for 12 Months: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Be sure to use your gift card before it expires!
  2. Where to Use: Our gift cards can be used for any purchase on the Island Living online store.
  3. Easy Delivery: Gift cards are sent via email, so you or your recipient will receive them quickly and hassle-free.
  4. How to Redeem: Just enter your gift card code at checkout, and the value will be applied to your purchase.
  5. Flexibility: If your purchase is less than the gift card value, the balance will stay on your card for future use (within the 12-month validity). If your purchase exceeds the gift card value, simply pay the difference with another payment method.
  6. Non-Refundable: Gift cards can’t be returned or exchanged for cash (including any unused balance).
  7. Lost or Stolen Cards: Please treat your gift card like cash! Unfortunately, we’re unable to replace lost, stolen, or misused gift cards.
  8. Use Responsibly: Gift cards are for personal use only and can’t be resold or used for unauthorised promotions.
  9. Not for Buying Other Gift Cards: Gift cards can’t be used to buy more gift cards or combined with discount codes unless stated otherwise.
  10. Fraud Protection: We may cancel any gift card if we detect suspicious or unauthorised activity to keep things safe for everyone.
  11. Changes: We occasionally update our terms and conditions, so feel free to check back if needed.
