Handling and Care

- Clean regularly with a gentle cleaner, such as dishwashing detergent, and a soft cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the table's finish.

- Always place trivets or heat pads under hot dishes, cookware, or serving pieces before placing them on the dining table surface. Direct contact with hot items can cause discolouration, cracking, or warping of the finish.

- Avoid the use of products containing acetone (eg nail polish and nail polish removers) around this product as the ingredients can damage the finish. All other spills, especially coloured liquids eg red wine, mustard, oils should be wiped up immediately to avoid staining the finish

- Avoid direct sunlight and exposure to harsh outdoor conditions as constant exposure can dry out the wood and lead to surface cracking or uneven colour changes.

- You may apply a teak oil, furniture wax or teak sealant to protect against stains and marks. However please note that these may darken the natural colour of the teak wood
