Handling and Care

-Keep rattan furniture dry, if moisture should occur wipe down and dry thoroughly

-Ensure there is sufficient ventilation where the item is stored. Do not store in areas with high humidity, as mould may occur

-Avoid direct sunlight as it can change the colour of rattan over a prolonged period of time

We like hand-made for the slight variations that come along with them - but a more stringent control can be made with QC - in this case, where the rattan bends, it shouldn't also be where the rattan connects with an extension - to ensure longevity (and consequently, eco-friendliness) - same reason we didn't opt to return/exchange to pass on a future problem.
