- Clean regularly with a gentle cleaner, such as dishwashing detergent, and a soft cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the chair's finish.

- When moving the dining chair, lift them rather than dragging to avoid stress on joints and legs. This keeps your furniture stable and reduces the chance of scuff marks on floors or the furniture base.

- To avoid scratches and damage, place felt pads or coasters under the chair legs when moving or placing it on delicate flooring surfaces.

- Avoid the use of products containing acetone (eg nail polish and nail polish removers) around this product as the ingredients can damage the finish. All other spills, especially coloured liquids eg red wine, mustard, oils should be wiped up immediately to avoid staining the finish

- Avoid direct sunlight and exposure to harsh outdoor conditions as constant exposure can dry out the wood and lead to surface cracking or uneven colour changes. Direct contact with hot items can cause discolouration, cracking, or warping of the finish.

- You may apply a teak oil, furniture wax or teak sealant to protect against stains and marks. However please note that these may darken the natural colour of the teak wood
